Custom In-House Tool and Die

Precision is paramount in our in-house tool and die manufacturing. The ability to create dies internally allows for the production of extrusions that meet exact tolerances and specific requirements, ensuring control over the entire production process. 

Utilizing the latest advanced manufacturing systems, we can assure precise fits even before production starts. Each design undergoes a thorough analysis, including measurements, dimensions, and tolerances, using sophisticated software to preemptively identify and resolve any potential issues in tooling. After addressing challenges related to processing, performance, or fit, our CAD/CAM systems are employed to develop the tooling, followed by extrusion to the most stringent standards.
